The Challenge: Unify formerly separated websites for new customers (Nestlé “Acquisition”) and subscribers (Nestlé “e-Service”) of 8 different local water brands in one coherent and delightful experience.
The Insight: The unification and tech refresh (pun intended) was the perfect opportunity to bust long-lasting misbeliefs and tech boundaries.
The Work.
We studied and revamped every screen, action, and flow, eliminating redundancies and leveraging synergies from the old sites, aiming for a frictionless experience in buying and managing a subscription-based delivery service.
My Role.
As UX Lead, I led and worked hands-on with a team of Interaction Designers, Product Designers, and Motion Designers through Ideation and Technical Hand-off phases, delivering artifacts like User Flows, Wireframes, Design Concepts, Visual Designs, Motion Prototypes, and Functional Annotations.
I crafted compelling decks and presented design decisions to the client directly, creating a solid and long-lasting relationship.
